Asset Management/Property related Consultancy
We cover a broad range of professional disciplines, including building surveying, engineering, architecture, finance, human resources and procurement. We have highly relevant asset and project management expertise and experience, access to extensive networks and databases, and are working with a rapidly increasing number of clients across the UK.
Asset Management Planning Network
With over 300 members from Local Authorities, Police Forces and the Private Sector the network provides a single point for advice, events and documentation on asset management within the public sector. The Network is run in partnership with FPS (Federation of Property Societies).
Asset Management Software and services
IPF Asset Manager is a fully integrated software solution, specifically designed to meet the needs of the Public Sector and, in particular, to assist local authorities with their Asset Management Planning requirements as defined by the DfES and ODPM, to complement the Software we also have a team of fully trained Building Surveyors who can carry out Condition Surveys on behalf of Clients.
Construction and Property Network
Working with partner organisations SCALA (Society of Chief Architects in Local Authorities) and FPS (Federation of Property Societies) the network offers essential support for construction procurement and other related services within Local Government
Disability Access Consultancy
A multi-disciplinary team of Building Professionals fully trained in access issues, with NRAC accredited team leaders who can carry out Access Audits, Training and Consultancy on behalf of Clients. Working together with the DRC (Disability Rights Commission) to promote and educate Property Management and Property Managers in the necessity for good access for all.
